AVSAR SHIP RECYCLING was founded in 1980. Over 200 ships had been recycled and dismantled successfully in our facility after our foundation. We take care about environmental and occupational health & safety in all operational processes. Placing an emphasis on the protection of the environment and sustainability, AVSAR ’s ‘Green Recycling’ service assists environmentally and socially responsible ship owners with the demolition process of their assets. AVSAR supports ship owners in recycling a secure working environment at the yard, while ensuring the safe removal and disposal of hazardous materials. Fully complying with the IMO’s Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships, (2009) and Regulation of Green Ship Recycling Of EU (European Union) (2013) the service is provided by AVSAR ’s project focused business, provides specific solutions, including help to find assistance in the preparation of the Inventory for Hazardous Materials (IHM) by class approved specialists.
