- Invite Buyers firm Offers until a certain date valid for reply for eg. 24 hours based on Sellers terms
- Review of offers and background check (track record etc.) together with Broker
- Select 2-3 top and favorable Buyers and counter back to them
- Fix price and Main terms
- Prepare a Recap and get same confirmed from both Parties
- Lift Sellers subjects
- Finalize MoA and Addendum no. 1 (List of Documents
